Heart month is one of the biggest fundraising drives in the United States of America plus many other great countries around the world. It has good reason to be the biggest charity because heart disease is the biggest killer in many nations. If the saying that prevention is better than cure then why doesn’t anyone stop to think that by banning certain restaurant meals that are high in sugars and saturated fats that this might bring about the reduction of heart disease. Instead scientists are spending their time looking for a cure so that once we get ourselves into this trouble we can get out of it. Unfortunately for the people that get heart disease their lifestyle choices are far beyond the point of return and death will eventually catch up with them, cure or no cure.

Even though this is looking on the bleak side giving to these charities will probably help someone close to you in the long run. There are many ways of giving and there are also many charities to give to. There is the American heart month, the British heart foundation, the Australian heart foundation and the list goes on. No matter what part of the world you are in there are risks of getting heart disease. Eat well and be good about not being too indulgent so that you will limit the risks of getting heart disease.
